Are Light Headedness And Nausea Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I feel very light headed and nauseous and have done for the last three weeks. I am also very bloated. I thought I may be pregnant as I started trying for a baby last month but have had 4 negative hpt. I m really worried something is seriously wrong now?

Thanks for your post on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomfort

As per your history is concerned there are many pathological causes responsible for your problems and pregnancy is one among them,so to go further please do a pregnancy test and ruled out it first and if this time negative do a STOOL exam to ruled out any intestinal parasite present or not.
