Are Light Periods Or No Periods Caused Due To PCOS?
Hi I have been diaggnosed with pcos ....wanted to conceive and the doctor suggest me ovalife met for three months, and now I m having the brown discharge which can be seen only when I wiped and after 2 days a slight deep red colour...I ve taken a pregnancy test and it s negative
PCOS may cause patients to have light periods or no periods at all for a few months and can be the cause in your case as the pregnancy tests come out negative.
You may need to have a check with your doctor and after examining you, your doctor will better know if you are having PCOS. Also, some blood tests can be helpful such as testosterone, LH and FSH.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
