Are Light Spotting And Discharge Of Clots Normal After Taking I-pill?

I had sex with my husband on 12th Feb late night with the protection of condom, but somehow the protection didn't work for us and drops of semen went inside during the process. Although I had washed it and consumed i-pill around next day noon, but am scared of having conceived. My last periods took place on 3rd February and now for the last three days, I am experiencing irregular vaginal blood and clots as well, but in a very little amount. Is it a normal i-pill side effect or something concerning pregnancy?
