Are Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Buzzing Sensation In Body Signs Of Flu?

HI, I am having flu like symptoms, but not sure what it is. I feel lightheaded, dizzy, body buzzing or out of body feeling, wrong word use sometimes, poor coordination sometimes. This started happening two nights ago. I thought it was low blood sugar since I didn t eat from noon until 9 pm. I also three aspirin that night. I currently just feel the first symptoms. I also have low blood pressure. I m really worried.

Hi welcome to health care magic....

In viral influenza infection dizziness and headache can occur as constitutional symptom...

But in flu congestive symptoms associated which is not present here. ..

You have poor coordination also, so your neurological examination has to be done...

HB estimation and peripheral smear examination needed....
If than needed b12 estimation done to rule out b12 deficiency....

Check your blood pressure and sugar level...

If neurological cause suspected and needed than CT scan can be done

According to cause further treatment can be given...

Advise : physician consultation for examination and further work up...
