Are Little Balls Of Fluff On The Scalp Signs Of Lice And Eggs?
l have been treating my head with what l thought was lice and eggs for weeks. l have no eggs but when l comb my hair it looks like little balls of fluff and when l looked through a magnifying glass l can see what looks like a little stand of black cotton and when l roll it up it looks like a black bug. l don t know what it is and how to treat it. My scalp is itchie. please what can l do.

It could be dandruff possibly.
You can try ketoconazole shampoo for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
