Hello dear,
A. First of all,
HIV cannot be detected only on the basis of symptoms.
Presence of
rash can be due to either allergy/
fungal infection. Management will involve antihistamine preparations & a course of antifungal agents.
Loose motion can be attributed to
allergic reaction to food product or GIT infection, which can be managed with maintenance of proper hydration status & a course of antibiotics.
If they have occurred 2 months back and you are completely asymptomatic now, there is no need to worry.
B. As you have a history of unprotected sexual intercourse, it will be better to relieve your concern regarding HIV infection.
You can undergo certain tests like p24 assay or PCR for HIV, which are almost 100 % sensitive.
The presence of a single virus in the body can be detected by PCR even during the window period.
So, if this test comes negative, you can be sure that you are safe.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
