Are Loud Clicking Sound And Shooting Pain Indicative Of Penile Fracture?
Hi. I am 31 yeras old. Last night my wife was playing with my erected penis like a car stick shift and then I heard a loud click sound from the base of my penis and a shooting pain. Then I came after 1 minutes and I had no pain but my penis was a kinna numb. Since this morning I have a slight pain in its base. Is it broken?

If it is broken, you will be having bleeding during urination or ejaculation. If there is fracture there won't be proper erection. Mild painkiller can help you. Share a picture for confirmation.
