Are Low Grade Fever And Constant Pain In Lower Abdomen A Cause For Concern?
My husband has a constant pain on his right side, lower abdomen. Sometimes it s a sharp pain and then will just go to a constant pain. He is not throwing up and doesn t really feel the need to. He has had 2 normal bowel movements today. He said moving makes it worse and bending over is painful. His temperature is 99.9. Is this just the flu or do I have to worry about something else? Thanks
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern for your husband such symptoms need to be taken seriously and need some investigation to rule out some pathologies like gall stone, and intestinal pathologies till then condition can be managed with 'Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen' three times in day, 'Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg' once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
