Are Lower Abdominal Pain And Back Pain Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

hello, im 37, about 205 5'7" i had my tubes tied 6 yrs ago with the birth of my son. my last mens period was june 4th. i havent gotten my mens. yet. i have lots of lower abdominal pain, lower back pain and side cramps. im worried tht i may be pregnant. i hvnt done a hometest. is it possible?

Hi..tubal ligation has a very high efficacy rate and failure rates are quite low. and more so if you have got your menses ,pregnancy is a highly unlikely possibility..so better get a gynecological evaluation to rule out any pelvic infection first..alongwith a urine routine microscopy..
