Are Lumps On The Breast Post An Injury A Concern?

Hello, I was in a car accident almost two weeks ago. I had a really awful bruise across y right breast. The bruise has finally gone away but now I have multiple lumps on my breast. One or two or visible, the are sore to the touch and have a pulling sensation, same as if it were a knot on my shoulder. I have one or two larger ones more so on the upper part of my breast versus the others that are on the side closer to my arm. I m not so much concerned it s cancer but I have no idea what it could be.

since it is dashboard injury. mrito be taken to exclude fracture or massive soft tissue injury.it should be examined by doctor by palpation to feel the lump . it is definitely not cancer since precipitated after injury. can consult oncologist for clinical examination and opinion on diagnosis and to exclude malignancy.can be thrombophlebitis. apply thrombophob ointment externaly . just apply and donot rub.
