Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.

It seems you are suffering from Hypertensive Nephropathy.
Microalbumin in urine is an initial stage of kidney involvement.
I would advise you following:
1. To get a kidney function test done.
2. To get a 24 hour urine for protein.
3. To get an Ultrasound of your Kidneys
4. To do strict control of BP
5. Drugs like Olmesartan are helpful in kidney patients to reduce protein uria
6. To take low protein diet.

This is my best advise for you, if you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
