Are Minute Streaks Of Blood In The Sputum A Matter Of Concern?

I was diagnosed with tuberculosis. Started medication. Now i am in the 5th month of the medication. There has been significant improvement in all the parameters. Just that when i started feeling better i started hitting the gym and started lifting weights.. Only to find minute streaks of blood in my sputum. Is this a cause of worry? Am i not recovering?
