Are Missed Menstruations, Headache, Vomiting And Diarrhea Signs Of Pregnancy?

My last period was 4-7-15 , I had sex April 14,16,21 .. I was suppose to get my menstrual cycle May 5 but it never came so at the end of may I took two home pregnancy test and they we re both negative so I waited for my cycle to come but it never did, Ive only puked like twice maybe I was having headaches back to back and I had diarrhea for like 4 days but now I feel normal, .. it s finna be August tomorrow and my cycle still hasn t came on && I have this line on my stomach.. could I possibly be pregnant since i haven t had a cycle In 3 months???

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the symptoms are not that typical of pregnancy as diarrhea and headache are aginst the same.

* But as the menses are absent since 3 months , irregular hormone homeostasis with secondary systemic effects do pause a strong possible condition.

* In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend an ultrasound examination of the abdomen and pelvis for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.
