Are Momentary Black Outs And Uncontrolled Shaking Due To Stress?

I am 54 years old. I suffer from clinical depression and take fluoxetine capsules. 4 months ago my 27 year relationship came to an end. I have not been eating properly. Now and then I experience momentary black outs, almost like a blink. I fell up my stairs the other day and think it may have been caused by one of these blackouts. Also, whenever I see my ex I experience uncontrolled shaking - are these symptoms of stress?
