Are Mood Swings Normal Having Undergone Hysterectomy?

I had my complete hysterectomy - devinci - 6 days ago. In the evening I m very cold, I feel cold and my body is cold. In addition, I m overreacting to situations, stress warranting a level 2 response, gets a 10. I will go on hormone therapy if necessary, but would like to avoid it. Any suggestions on how to handle it without meds? Also, will the symptoms get worse or is there a possibility they re temporary and will become manageable - since it s so soon after my surgery. Thanks~
