Are Morning Blood Pressure Of 116/68 And Pulse 74 At The Age Of 68 Normal?

My morning blood pressure was 116/68. Pulse 74 Is this normal? I was taking hydrochlorothyaside 12.5 and ramipril 5mg daily. I went off these medications on Tuesday. My last visit to my doctor, he said that I should check every couple of days morning and evening around 10pm and 10 am in morning before I eat anything.i am 68 and retired. I get exercise by long walks and bike riding.
