Are My Cuticles, Face, Hand, And Feet Affected By Parasite Despite Taking Pyrantel?

I suspect a Parasite infection,I took Pyrantel med.2wks ago, & 2nd dose 2 days ago, I have passed a lot of what looks like pinworms, however, i dont think that is the parasite still affecting my cuticles, face,hand ,feet,not sure? Pls look@pics attached,help!!I can't afford a Dr/ Er @ this time, Thankyou

Local infections as such are not difficult to diagnose. A careful clinical observation and laboratory examination could be useful. Direct examination of the samples of the affected areas could easily facilitate diagnosis. the opinion of your doctor is needed. Pyrantel is an appropriate treatment for pin worms. A careful in depth evaluation by the doctor is needed to exclude all predisposing conditions,
