Are My Echo Test Results Dangerous?

age 69-female- my echo test results are: borderline left atrial enlargement, trace of pulmonic valve regurgitation, aortic valve is sclerotic but opens well, a physiologic tricuspid valve regurgitation, help me understand these, and are they dangerous?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern here the Echo report of your is suggestive of age related changes and not the indication of any disease so in my opinion no need to worry about this the changes that is being seen is of changing in blood flow from the valve some kind of tightening of valve leaf, but this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
