Are My Elevated ALT, AST, And GGTP Levels During COVID-19 Treatment Drug-related, And Should I Take Udiliv To Help Control Them?

Age 66 currently getting treated for covid 19 with hrct score 14 CORADS 5, my ALT is 149U/L AST is 68 U/L and GGTP is 94U/L. I am getting treated with: Inj peptaz 4.5gm TDS Inj enoxaparin 40mg BD inj Dexona 4 mg BD Tab fabiflu 400mg BD Tab Zinc 50 mg OD Tab Vit C BD Tab Montair LC OD I want to ask whether my ALT AST GGTP are increased due to drugs? And should I take any medicine for controlling liver enzymes level as doctor friend of me suggested to take Tab Udiliv 300mg BD? Can Udiliv 300mg BD control liver enzymes level?
