Hello and welcome to HCM,
The reports that you have posted are of complete hemogram.
Complete hemogram assesses the hemoglobin, red cell number, red cell parameters, white blood cells- number and differential and platelets.
All these parameters i.e. hemoglobin, red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets are within normal limits.
