Are My Stool Test Results Normal If I Have Mild RBCs And No Other Abnormalities, Given My IBS?

Hello. I’m 27 year old male. I was asked to have a stool exam by my Dr, due to IBS. I just received my stool test results. Mucus: Absent. Pus Cells: 0-1/hpf. RBC: 1-2/hpf. Ova: Not seen. Cysts: Not seen. Parasites: Not seen. Others: Not seen. Stool Occult Blood: Negative. Should I be worried? Is it normal? Thanks.
