Are My Sudden Severe Cramps, Pelvic Pain, Burning Urination, Exhaustion, And Feverish Symptoms From Ovarian Cysts Or Something More Urgent?

I have a hydtiry if ovarial cysts. As well as a hx.leep procedure. Im experiening sharp paid out of no where on both sides as well as Horrible Cramps. I am also extremely exhausted have a headache sore all over and very clammy and hot and cold. Last I checked my temperature was yesterday it was normal, my thermometer broke A 2 day. I am constipated and gassy but have not been able to use the bathroom and when I urinate I get a burning sensation. I feel very dizzy and foggy and feel feverish. Currently, I am working on getting new health insurance as I just recently lost my Job. I do not want to waste my time in the emergency Room if it is not necessary. I am aware you can't give full medical advice as I am not one of your patience, but anything you can give me would be quite helpful. I forgot to mention the cramps and the pain were cysts would be came out of nowhere and a very painful. I am not do to get my. Period For for a another week and a few days.
