Hello and welcome to HCM,
The urine report suggests presence of pus cells- 20-22/hpf. few red blood cells and epithelial cells.
The presence of pus cells in urine suggests presence of infection.
Epithelial cells and red blood cells often accompany pus cells.
You need to consult your doctor with report for isolation of infectious agent and drug sensitivity to determine the most appropriate antibiotic effective against these infective organisms.

In the meanwhile you need to drink plenty of water to avoid urine infections further.

Thanks and take care
