Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of test results is:
The physical characteristics of urine- color, pH of urine are within normal limits.
Presence of blood i.e. red blood cells in urine can be due to abnormality in the urinary tract.
There could be some kind of trauma, stone or some disease in the kidneys.
Presence of proteins in urine is due to kidney disease.

You need to get renal function test for further evaluation of the kidneys.
Consult your doctor with report for prescription of investigations and treatment for the condition.

Thanks and take care
