Are Nasal Spray And Chest Veins Connected?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am addicted to decongestive nasal sprays and was told today that my last chest x-ray showed prominent veins in my chest and that I need a ct scan. Could there be a connection between the nasal spray and the chest veins?
