Are Nausea, Abdominal Cramps And Milk Production During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?
I have had two premature pregnancies and I m now pregnant for a third time. With my other two I had no nausea or morning sickness, no pain until I was in labor, and didn t start to produce milk until two days or so after I delivered. With this pregnancy I have already started producing milk, I feel nauseous every so often and I get low abdominal cramping a couple times a day with pressure sometimes and low back pain with pressure that I remember from being in labor. I m not bleeding though, should I be worried?
Hi, donot worry. since you have not stated how many months pregnant you are, i would like to advice that kindly get your antenatal check ups on time. have a nutritious diet. have a biscuit or bread toast early morning to avoid nausea. Drink milk and eat cottage cheese , meat, fish.
Milk secretion can start few months before delivery. this is normal. Sometimes lower back pain occurs which are irregular in pattern. dont worry its common - known as false labour pains.
Usually history of preterm birth has shown successive preterm deliveries.
If the pain is occuring at regular ntervals and the time gap between the pains is decreasing with time then consult your gynaecologist immediately.
