Are Nausea And Dizziness And Pain In The Abdomen Related To Umbilical Hernia?

I have had waves of nausea and dizziness off and on for a week. Today when I coughed I had sharp sudden pain in my lower abdomen on both sides. I also have an umbilical hernia. I do a lot of heavy lifting. Could all of this be related or do you think I have separate issues? Thank you
