Are Nausea And Fatigue Side Effects Of Tylenol PM?

I was taking Tylenol PM for the past sixty days every night. Usually about 1200 mh of diphena whatever and about 6000 to 8000 mg of ibuprofen. Trying to detox cold turkey. Feel nauseaus all the time, headache, tired and dizzy. Urine stream is really weak and my kidneys hurt. How long will these symptoms last before I feel better. Any need to see a doc?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi there
thank you for your query
firstly I would like to know why did you start taking Tylenol PM what problems you were having?

Tylenol PM contains paracetamol and diphenhydramine and is given to treat common colds and flu fever and pains
how long have you been taking this tablet?

Stop using the medicine and call your doctor at once if you have:

fast, pounding, or uneven heartbeats;
severe dizziness or drowsiness, slow or shallow breathing;
tremor, restless muscle movements;
little or no urinating;
flu symptoms, easy bruising, unusual bleeding, pale skin, feeling light-headed; or
nausea, pain in your upper stomach pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).
Common side effects may include:

constipation;
dry eyes, blurred vision, dry mouth or nose;
mild dizziness or drowsiness, trouble concentrating;
feeling restless or excited (especially in children); or
mild skin rash.
