Are Nausea And Loss Of Appetite Side Effects Of Concerta And Bactrim?

I am taking three medications all are perscribed and I am taking them correctly. They include 72mg of concerta, Tri-Sprintec, and Bactrim which I am taking one pill twice a day for ten days. However, I have begun to feel light headed/ almost passing out as well as feeling nausus, and loss of apitite. I was wondering if this is a result of the medicines not mixing well or if it is something else.
