General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is not related to Lexapro. It might be due to gastritis and an unhealthy diet. Avoid spicy foods.

As a first-line management antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole can be taken. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
