Are Nausea And Missed Periods With Spotting Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

So I started feeling nausea and my nipples were sensitive but then I had what seemed like a period (but was late) I had mild cramps throughout it (lasted four days like always) at first was light and pinkish then got darker but never heavy but after it ended I spotted for two days and have been having mild cramps in my lower back, sides, and under my belly is sensitive Does this mean I m pregnant?

Presence of spotting with missed periods with nausea is indicative of pregnancy but not diagnostic of pregnancy.

For confirmation of pregnancy it is recommended to get your urine tested by urine pregnancy test kit as it is commercially available and can be purchased without prescription.
