hi doctor, im confused, i went to the doctor to check if im pregnant on a sonar, the doctor told me that im 6 weeks pregnant, but i had my periods in march, then skip one in april, and i feel tired and naseauos all the time. can this determine that im pregnant? im thinking of buying a home pregnancy test.

Missed period in april is definitive symptoms of the pregnant and USG is very accurate tool to detect the pregnancy.
Depending upon above both factor, you are pregnant.
Nausea and tiredness are also variable symptoms of the early pregnancy.
Additionally you can clear your doubt by urine pregnancy test.(overnight first morning urine sample).
It will definitively come positive.
Take proper rest and eat healthy diet.
