Are Nausea, Bloating And Breast Pain Normal During Pregnancy?

Hi, i'm eight weeks pregnant, i have nausea and a bit of pain in my breast which are bloated but my temperature seems to have gone down. my body has been hot for some days but it seems down to day.and over all i feel quite alrite today. i hope every thing is alrite.

In first three months of pregnancy, nausea is known to occur. Along with nausea, there may be aversion to some food articles. If it is not very serious and allows you to eat sufficient quantity of food, you can pull on with the nausea. After completing three months, your nausea will go away gradually. Till that, please bear with it. You may have even few vomiting episodes also. If they are intolerable, please report to your obstetrician. Green vomitus is not good. Eating cold food, banana or custard melon with chilled milk give you much relief from the nausea. Avoid oily or fried food articles.
Heaviness and increase in size of the breasts is also normal during pregnancy. Throughout the pregnancy, the size of breasts goes on increasing and they become quite tender also. Also you will find some secretions coming out from the nipples. These are all good signs.
Please change the size of your brassieres to accommodate the enlarging breasts comfortably in them.
Yes, everything is all right. Do not worry. Visit your antenatal clinic or the Obstetrician at least once a month or as per the advice of the Obstetrician.
