Are Nausea, Fever, Body Pain And Generalized Fatigue Signs Of Food Poisoning?

My daughter, who just found out she is pregnant, called and said her and her husband are both sick. They both had grilled bbq ribs, potatoes, and vegies for dinner last night. Her symptoms are: nausea, fever, body aches and general tiredness. Could it be food poison?

She's more likely to be food poisoning because both spouses were. but to ensure safety to the fetus, she should be taken to obstetric to eliminate factors affect the fetus, especially a viral fever.
