Are Nausea, Fever, Loss Of Appetite And Muscle Strain Connected With Appendicitis?

I ve been having a sharp pain the last two days in my lower right abdomen where i believe my appendix is located however i m not showing any symptoms like nausea, fever, loss of appetite. I thought it might be a muscle strain but it started after a night of heavy drinking and i didnt do anything that wouldve pulled a muscle. Is it possible to have appendicitis without those other symptoms?

Hello

As you explain the situation in my opinion it is hardly related to appendicitis.I recommend you to do an abdominal ultrasound and if there are signs of appendicitis you will read the result and if positive than you need to talk with your doctor.

Regards
