Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Though your symptoms suggesting the possibility of pregnancy just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion. These type of symptoms sometimes can be seen in pre menstrual phase and also in other conditions like ovarian cysts, prolactin disorders etc. So, if the symptoms are persistenting better to consult your gynecologist once and go for investigations like blood test for serum beta HCG levels to rule out the pregnancy, serum prolactin levels to rule out prolactin masters, ultrasound to rule out any ovarian cyst or any other pelvic causes. With this work up the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly. If everything is normal you can take analgesics and antiemetics with your doctor's advice and can go for tablets to induce withdrawal bleeding.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
