Are Night Sweats, Diarrhea And Dizziness Post-laparoscopic Appendectomy Serious Concerns?

I have been getting night sweats on my chest even after 4 days after laparoscopic apendectomy, even if it is cold. Is that a sign of something bad? I am also having diarrhea for 3 days started on the 3rd day post op. I am feeling a little dizzy and weak now. Should I see a doctor now?
