Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. You have been diagnosed to have bi-polar disorder and Norset, Prozac and Xeroquel are enough for it. But lot depends on your condition an the psychiatrist who treats you. Everyone have their own view point and experience which in turn determines the medication you should have. In the new location, it is always better to find a new psychiatrist suitable to you by searching through mouths rather than takeing the help of medics or internet. Talk to several nurses, pharmacists, other medical people etc. Also visit a physiciann and ask him whom to consult. You shoul get a concrete name if you tabulate the details.

Let me remind you, bi-polar disorder needs psychotheapy along with medication. You can post a direct question to me with all your details in this website. I shall prescribe you some psychotherapy techniques and exercises which shall make you better and better.
