Are Ornof Tablets Good For Hemorrhoids?

after my pregnancy im suffering from haemorriods and fissures, it is about 4 months now.in starting my stool is black and afterwards it changes to yellow it is very painful and blood also comes with the stool.my docter has prescribed me ornof tablets.how this tablet is going to help me in my problem.she has given me 1 week medication thereafter i hav to go for surgery.
