Are Pain In Abdomen, Frequent Urination And White Discharge Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

i would like to ask if i am pregnant? my last period was nov. 26 til nov. 30.. now this december i was waiting for my period but no period yet till now. last december 30 i feel so much pain in my abdomen feels like a full blood will come out. but nothing. but on the 26th day also of december at midnight i cannot sleep. i feel so warm that time even thought its very cold.. and now from time to time i always go to the toilet to pee.. sometimes i can see a white discharge more now than before.. am i pregnant? thanks

Hello,
Though your symptoms are not specific for very early pregnancy, since you have a missed period, they are more relevant to pregnancy. Please get a home pregnancy test (HPT) with a fresh early morning sample of urine or if you wish for an earlier and better confirmation, please go for an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. A trans-vaginal sonogram following a clinical consultation clarifies the situation. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
