Hello
Pain in the perianal area with blood in stool may be due to these reasons.
1 Fistula in anus as this is the most common cause of pain and stool with blood mixed. Diagnosis only can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon.
2 Hemorrhoids may be the next reason , again diagnosis can be confirmed by surgeon as these two symptoms are also common feature of piles ( hemorrhoids ).
3 Abscess due to ingrown hairs this is the most common site for such type of abscess . Again physical examination by surgeon will find out the exact nature of disease.
Tumor in or around this region may be one such reason of these symptoms.
In my opinion consult a surgeon and get his opinion.
