Are Painful Collarbone Swellings With Fluid And Tingling Sensation Cancerous?

Hi, I have an oval shaped swelling just above my left collarbone which is soft, also a smaller one on the right side. My doctor said it is full of water and will disperse by itself. He advised that it wasn't cancer. I just wanted reasurance on this. It is quite painfull sort of tingly. Thanks
