Are Painful Heart Palpitations After Eating A Cause For Concern?

Question: are painful heart palpitations after eating a cause of concern? I’ve went to the er before for heart palpitations but they told all my labs and X-days were normal. I didn’t start having the painful palpitations until after the hospital visit and it’s only after I eat. I have very had digestive issues so I considered this to be a reason but I’m unsure. It’s only happened a few times and it’s not every time I eat but it’s usually if I eat too much or something spicy?
