Pediatric Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, welcome to healthcaremagic. This may be a simple cystic swelling or just a sebaceous cyst or a lipoma. It may require a simple excision if it is troubling you. You can consult a general surgeon if you plan for excision of the same. Just a small incision will be given and that cyst may be taken out.
