Are Painful Nose, Dizziness And Throbbing Head Post An Injury Suggestive Of Concussion?

I got head butted by my dog. His forehead went into my knows at full speed. Only a touch of bleeding, but a lot of pain in my nose, behind it and not my head is throbbing a bit. Also got dizzy a couple of moments since. I iced my nose and face right away, and kept the ice on for about 10 mins. The dog is a pit with a big head and he is quite forceful, even though he was just jumping toward me for a hug. LOL How can I tell if I have a concussion? Nose, not knows!

It might be due to possibilities like facial bone fractures. It is better to consult a neurosurgeon and plan for an MRI scan.
