Hi, thanks for using Healthcare Magic.

I understand your concern.
I need another detailed information, such as:
1. How old are you?
2. Do you have any medical issue before?
3. How was your daily activity?

Stiffness in the hands, shoulders, and abdomen can be caused by neck and spine bone disorders. The muscle spasms of the neck and back can radiate to the head, face, chin, shoulders, arms, to the abdomen.
Spasms provide recurrent or persistent tense symptoms in muscle tissue. In addition to pain, other symptoms of muscle spasm are tingling or numbness.

Some tips for you:
1. do stretching in affected area.
2. You can compress the affected area with hot or cold compress.
3. You can consume NSAIDs and also muscle relaxant drugs (but you have to talk it firstly with your local doctor)
4. Maintain good posture
5. Avoiding stress
6. Regular exercise

Hope this helps,
Take care
