Are Paracetamol And Ciplox The Right Medication For Typhoid Fever And Diarrhea?

hi, im 22 year old. i had typhoid 25 days ago. i am having diarrhea and fever(98-101 F)(where normal temp 94.6 F) now. Dr has priscribed following medicines 1. ciplox-tz 2. paracetamol 3. Temfix spas are these the right priscription by dr. or you suggest right priscription??

if it is correctly diagnosed as typhoid fever then treatment is correctmantain hydration and take semi-solid food for two weeks. supplement with vita complex and avoid solid food for few days. take fresh fruits, and fresh vegetable. treatment should continue till test for typhoid is negative. .
