Hello, I am 24 yrs old. My first pap was done 4 yrs ago and it showed epilitheal cell abnormality, my second pap ( a yr ago) came back normal. I just went for my pap test recently and results came back Ascus, it showed thick cell clusters and said something about parakeratotic cells. My doctor said there was nothing to worry about that it may just be inflammation, to go back and repeat pap in 6 months, they will check for HPV. I want to know or ask for a second opinion. Is this something i should worry about? I am very concerned that maybe later on in the future I wont be able to have children. Thank you.
