It may be Pityriasis alba. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. It is form of superficial eczema. It may occur off and on. Exact cause is not known.Sun exposure may exacerbate the disease. Vitamin deficiencies and worm infestation may precipitate the disease. Avoid sun exposure. Apply tacrolimus oint. Take vitamin B complex tablet for long time. Take a single tablet od albendazole.
Hope this helps.
