Are Penile Pump Implants Advisable For Erectile Dysfunction?

I am looking into penile pump implants have not had an erection solid enough for penetration in almost 5 years and it causes intimate issues I feel broken and push my wife away to the point of possible divorce. I have to get us help, Ive even thought of ending it before.

I really appreciate your concern, it is most important to decide first that it is the erectile dysfunction because in most of the cases the reason behind this kind of erection problem could be psychological disturbances and it need to be ruled out first, better to see the urologist first, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
